Real Madrid forward Vinicius Jr. was obviously impressed by Alejandro Garnacho’s performance against Manchester City on Saturday.

Manchester United came from behind to beat Man City 2-1 at Old Trafford and the win became their 10th home win on a bounce across all competitions.

Garnacho came on in the second half to replace Christian Eriksen and the youngster would go on to provide the assist to Marcus Rashford’s match-winning goal.

It’s safe to say every Man United fan was pleased with Garnacho’s cameo and it shouldn’t come as a shock that he also impressed Real Madrid’s forward, Vinicius Jr.

The Argentine forward took to Instagram to celebrate the Manchester derby win, to which Vinicius Jr. dropped a reply.

“THE CITY IS OUR CITY!!! @manchesterunited. Assistance to one of the best in the world right now @marcusrashford,” Garnacho said.

And Vinicius Jr. replied with a star emoji, confirming Garnacho’s claim.
