(Video) Anthony Martial makes plea after Bruno Fernandes sent Martial warning to rivals

Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes has fired Anthony Martial warning to United rivals but Martial suggested that Fernandes has a role to play.

Man United started their tour on Friday with a trip to Bangkok and footage released by Fernandes screams ‘good mood’ in Erik ten Hag’s squad.

Martial, who spent half of last season on loan with Sevilla, returned back to Manchester United and is likely to be part of Ten Hag’s squad ahead of next season, given Cristiano Ronaldo’s uncertain future.

During their flight to Bangkok, Fernandes recorded and took to social media to post a video of himself hyping Anthony Martial and the France star had the perfect response.

In the footage, fans can hear Bruno Fernandes say: “Look who’s back. Anthony Martial is back. He will be back scoring goals.

Martial replied: “Give me some assists please.”

Fernandes assured the ex-Monaco forward: “I will for sure man. You know we have that connection.”

Manchester United will continue their pre-season tour with a clash against Premier League rivals Liverpool on Tuesday afternoon.

Martial is expected to take part in that game and in Cristiano Ronaldo’s absence, he’s the frontrunner to start in the No.9 position.
