Manchester United legend Patrice Evra jokingly doubts if Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris will use his hands again after he kept out several shots during Old Trafford clash.

Man United could have easily won the game by four goals margin at least but Lloris’ masterclass performance saved Tottenham from succumbing to rather a massive defeat.

Lloris was busy keeping out Manchester United strikes until the final minute of the game, making eight saves in total from ten shots on target.

Evra jokingly thinks Lloris wouldn’t be able to use his hands again, thanks to the number of shots he kept out during the clash.

“I don’t know if he will be able to use his hands after this game,” Evra said. “It must be so warm right now.”

Erik ten Hag agrees that Manchester United’s performance against Tottenham was the best he’s managed since moving to the Theatre of Dreams.

“So many things. Good organisation of the pressing,” the Dutchman said. “Also in possession, a lot of chances created.”

On if tonight’s performance was the best, he told Prime Video: “I agree with that. From start till the end we dictated the game.

“We are growing in the season. We are getting more proactive in and out of possession.”
