Manchester United take on Southampton at Old Trafford on Saturday in the Premier League.
Both teams played out a 2-2 draw at the Saints Stadium in the the reverse fixture.
Last weekend against Liverpool, United were hit with several hamstring injuries, which forced the Red Devils to promote three youngsters to the first team to face Crystal Palace on Wednesday night.
Marcus Rashford, who played against Liverpool with a swollen ankle made himself available for the clash against the Eagles and was brought into the pitch late in the second half.
Anthony Martial has missed United’s last three matches with a groin injury he sustained against PSG and could also miss Saturday’s clash as well.
Ahead of this weekend’s clash against the Saints, Solskjaer confirms that Marcus Rashford will return to the starting lineup.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said: “It’s the last session today but we’re not going take any risks. Maybe Anthony, but it might just be a few more days before he’s ready, so probably the squad will look similar to what it did at Wednesday.
“He (Rashford) still felt it Wednesday night but he’ll be ready, I’ll probably start him.”
“You do have a plan but then you get suspensions, injuries,” Solskjaer said of his possible weekend selections.
“That one injury or one suspension might change the whole dynamic. It’s a matter of seeing who’s available now. Wednesday night at Selhurst Park is a tough one and then Friday morning still.
