Manchester United fans have started their #glazersout protest at Old Trafford

Manchester United fans have started their #glazersout protest ahead of their home game against Liverpool tonight.

Man United fans are angry at their owners (the Glazers family) over how they have played a huge role in United’s decline in recent years.

There are suggestions that there wouldn’t be a single Manchester United fan at Old Trafford tonight against the Reds (#emptyOldTraffrd) in a bid to send a message to their owners that they are tired of having them as the owners of the club.

Manchester United fans want new ownership of the club and the purpose of this protest is to join voices together as one to let the American family know that their time as United’s owners is over.

Although it’s a couple of hours left for the clash tonight, Man United fans are already outside Old Trafford protesting.

According to MEN, some of the fans, who are part of the protest, have made their way into the stadium and there are suggesting that these fans would protest inside the stadium as well while the game is going on.

The Glazers family have been accused of not investing in the club from their own pocket, which has obviously affected their transfer business and as a result, thwarting any chance of United challenging for top honours.

United fans believe the Glazers family DO NOT care about the club, because they only care about the revenue they make from the club.

Every year, the Glazers take dividends off the club while the club’s debt increases, something they ought to have cleared off or half of the debt since they took ownership of the club in 2003.
