Manchester United midfielder Anderson Herrera has reacted to the transfer speculation leading him to PSG.
The midfielder will be out of contract at the end of the season and the club do not have an option to extend his stay at Old Trafford by a year further.
And talks over offering his deal with Man United have been stalled and a report this week claimed the former Athletic Bilbao midfielder has been offered a £150,000-a-week deal from PSG.
However, Herrera holds that he has not accepted an offer from the French champions just yet and remaining at Old Trafford is still a possibility.
‘It is logical when you have three months of contract and there are stop selections,’ he told Barcelona-based newspaper El Periodico.
‘I already knew something was going to come out. I take it as normal, I focus on playing football in the month-and-a-half that remains.
‘The rest is left to my agent, both the possible renewal with United and if you talk to another club for my departure.”
He continued: ‘I do not go crazy with what will happen in four months, so I do not know if my stage is over.
‘I enjoy being at the biggest club in England, the fans love me, they have treated me phenomenally and my duty is to listen to them, although I honestly do not know what is going to happen.
‘What I see myself is trying to win at Watford next week. If things deserve it and if you are an honest and hardworking person, they arrive.”
The midfielder has been instrumental for Man Untied under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and is expected to start this weekend against Watford in the Premier League.
