Liverpool midfielder Fabinho has jokingly wished Casemiro doesn’t improve Manchester United any further.
Man United completed the signing of Casemiro from Real Madrid in a deal that could rise to €70million.
United turned their attention to the Brazilian after they failed in their attempts to sign Frenkie de Jong from Barcelona and Adrien Rabiot from Juventus.
The five-time Champions League winner didn’t walk straight into the Manchester United team, thanks to Scott McTominay’s top form alongside Christian Eriksen but after he finally did, the 30-year-old has obviously improved the team with his vast experience.
Casemiro scored the equaliser against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge last month and won United’s Player of the Month of October award.
Fabinho doesn’t want his compatriot to improve Manchester United any further due to the rivalry between United and Liverpool in the Premier League.
However, the Monaco midfielder has claimed that Casemiro told him he would love to move to the Premier League and when that became a reality, Fabinho isn’t happy his move was to Old Trafford.
