Christian Eriksen has sent warning to Manchester United after they narrowly escaped Leicester City on Thursday night.
Man United maintained their momentum when they sealed a tight 1-0 win over Leicester City in the Premier League.
It’s the third time in a row Manchester United have narrowly won games and Eriksen believes United need to start killing games off early in the game to avoid a tight game towards the end of the clash.
The former Brentford midfielder believes their performance against the Foxes was somewhat similar to what they put up against Southampton last weekend that Bruno Fernandes‘ lone goal made the difference.
“It hasn’t been beautiful for 90 minutes, but we have three wins [in a row],” Eriksen told BT Sport. “We want to do better but I think we can take something from this and obviously the three points is the most important.
“I think it was similar to Southampton. We did very well until we scored, but then we have to keep momentum, we have to kill the game earlier otherwise it’ll be a tight game like today.”
Christian Eriksen put out a man of the match performance against Leicester City and below was his game by numbers, according to StatmanDave.
