Liverpool midfielder Fabinho has spoken nice about Manchester United midfielder Casemiro, insisted that he’s doing well at Old Trafford.
Man United lured Casemiro from Real Madrid over the summer in a bid to advance Erik ten Hag’s chances of challenging at the top.
Following his arrival, the Brazil international has been an integral part of Ten Hag’s squad and scored the equaliser against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge last month.
His regular top performances earned him a place in the Brazil squad for the upcoming World Cup in Qatar, which is obviously going to limit Fabinho’s chances of playing as many minutes as he’d like for Brazil.
Although both Casemiro and Fabinho will compete for a starting role in the Brazil midfield in Qatar, the Liverpool midfielder claims he still gets along with the Man United star.
“Despite being a guy with whom I compete for position, I get along very well, because I’ve played with him, and I know him well.”
Manchester United will return to action on Sunday when they face Fulham away from home and Casemiro has another chance to impress the fans before the international break.
